All requests for refunds must be done officially through the Academic Coordinator or the Program Director. These policies apply only to students enrolled in the Adult English program.
The Philadelphia English Language Institute does not issue refunds for courses not started by the student (no-shows).
The last date of the student's recorded attendance or the date the cancellation request date is the termination date. To cancel your registration from Adult English Program, please email apereira@pelischool.org or call our office.
Canceling within 5 days of registration- 100% refund
Canceling after 5 days from registration, but before sessions begin:

If a student withdraws within 7 class days after sessions begin and wishes to transfer their payment to the following semester, they must get approval from the Director.
Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days of the date the student cancels their enrollment.
Payment of the partial tuition cancellation fees must be made in order to re-enroll into a future course/program or sessions.
Payments made by credit card have an additional 4% processing fee. The 4% fee is non-refundable. There is also no refund for purchased books that have been used.
