Welcome to PELI's Intensive English Program! We’re excited to have you join our vibrant community of international students. With 18 hours of immersive English instruction each week, you’ll enhance your language skills while making lifelong connections. Get ready for an incredible journey ahead!

Academic Class Schedule

📌 Program Commitment and Class Assignment Policy 

PELI’s Intensive English Program is designed for students who are genuinely committed to improving their English skills. As part of our responsibility as an SEVP-certified school, we uphold clear academic and immigration policies.


  • F-1 Visa Regulations: Working without authorization is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in termination of your I-20 and SEVIS record.
  • English Levels: Placement is determined through testing and teacher assessment. Students may not request a specific level.
  • Class Schedules: 18 Hour/week intensive English classes! Students are assigned either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule, based on placement and program needs. Students may not choose or change their schedule.

Pricing (Tuition and Fees)


One trimester pricing - 3 trimesters per year.

1. Before Acceptance (to obtain an I-20):

  • I-20 Application Fee: One-time fee of $350 Used for processing, screening, issuance and maintaining the I-20. (non-refundable)
  • Dependents: Add a one-time fee $70 per dependent (non-refundable)


2. After Acceptance (after visa interview):

  • Tuition deposit: $345 Paid after visa interview (non-refundable)
  • Enrollment/Textbooks Fee: $305
    (Includes textbooks, placement test, setup fees, orientation and other course materials).
  • Flexible Tuition Payment Plan: 3 payments of $850. 


Total Cost: $3,550



 "Tuition and fees are subject to change for future enrollment periods. Once a student has enrolled and begun a trimester, tuition and fees for that trimester are locked in." 


 

Classes meet twice a week for a total of up to 288 hours per level or trimester, with each daily session lasting 9 hours.  9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

To apply, please gather the following:


  • Completed Application
  • Copy of Your Passport
  • Financial Documents:
    • Recent bank statements (less than 90 days old)
    • OR a signed bank letter confirming your account balance (on official letterhead)
  • Signed Forms:
    (See the IEP Forms page for these)
    • Student Agreement Form
    • Payment Agreement Form
    • Sponsor's Affidavit of Support (if applicable)
  • If You Have Dependents:
    • Copy of your marriage certificate
    • Copies of birth certificates
  • Pay $350 I-20 fee to PELI

 Financial Requirements:


As an international student, you must show that you can pay for your education and living expenses while studying in the U.S. Remember, students on an F-1 Visa cannot work.


To apply, you need to provide:


  • Bank statements or a signed letter from your bank.


  • You need to show you can pay at least $14,000.
    (Add $1,990 for each dependent.)


By applying to PELI, you agree to follow our policies and participate in the program with serious academic intent. Misuse of your enrollment for non-educational reasons may lead to dismissal. 








How to make a payment

Step 3: Receive your I-20 and apply for F-1 visa

After Receiving a Form I-20

  1. Receive Letter of Acceptance and I-20
  2. Pay $350 SEVIS Fee: https://www.fmjfee.com/i901fee/index.html
  3. Apply for non-immigrant student visa interview by completing form DS-160 and making $185 payment to USCIS (https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/) 
  4. Schedule and attend interview at embassy or consulate
  5. Applicant MUST notify the interview decision to PELI immediately. After visa approval, students must pay the deposit fee ($345).


Arriving in the United States ✈️

  1. Report to PELI on the date indicated on the acceptance letter.
  2. Attend new student orientation
  3. Take English placement test
  4. Make any required enrollment and tuition payments


Students can arrive up to 30 days before the start of class. However, students must report to the school by the date indicated on their acceptance letter.
